Brush & lot clearing · Tyler
Brush and lot clearing in Tyler with a track loader and forestry mulcher
Overgrown lots, fence lines and back corners ground down where they stand, with the trailer hauling the rest.
Chapter 01
A lot that took the season over
Overgrown ground in East Texas does not stay a weed patch for long. Goldenrod and dog-fennel come first, then briars and saplings fill in, and within a few seasons a back corner or a fence line is a wall nobody can walk through. A mower will not touch it, and a string trimmer gives up in minutes.
Most people calling about this are looking at a lot that went wild, a fence line swallowed by growth, or the back of a property nobody has touched in years. You cannot judge what is in there until it is open, which is why the work starts with Polo walking the ground and giving a free estimate.

A track loader with a mulcher on the front
Polo runs a CASE TV450B compact track loader fitted with a red forestry mulcher head. The tracks keep it steady on uneven ground, and the mulcher grinds brush and saplings right where they stand. There is no pile to drag out, because the thicket is turned into mulch on the spot.
Whatever the mulcher leaves, the pickup and utility trailer haul away. The chainsaw comes out for larger trunks and for tight spots near a fence or a house where hand work is safer than a machine. Fence lines open up, and back corners reach their edges again.
Chapter 03
What the ground looks like after, and how to keep it
Once it is cleared you can see where the property actually ends, walk the whole lot and tell what you have. Lines of cut debris show where the mulcher worked, and the ground is open enough to mow.
Cleared ground grows back, and the cheapest time to handle regrowth is early, while a mower or string trimmer still copes with it. Polo's regular lawn care can take over from there. Odd jobs around the yard come up too: after one clearing he repaired a fence and replaced the rotted wood.
Polo usually comes out to look at the lot before he quotes, and estimates are free. Call or text (903) 245-6122.
Overgrown, then open
From goldenrod to ground you can walk.
On the left, a lot gone to goldenrod and dog-fennel beside a gravel drive. On the right, a cleared lot from a different property, so you can see what an opened-up piece of ground looks like when the brush is cut and the debris is laid in lines.

The mulcher does the grinding where the growth stands, and the pickup and utility trailer take away what is left. If your back corner looks like the left photo, tell Polo where it is and he will come out and look before he quotes.
